For private parties, you need a minimum of 4 people and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. If there are more individuals interested in attending, you have the option to host the party at a larger space, like someone's home. Each spot is $55. Each person attending must pay a $20 non-refundable booking fee upfront. The remaining balance for each attendee is due two weeks before the party date, and each individual is responsible for making their own payment. Let me know if you need any additional information or have any other questions!

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel the party, here are the details:

1. Cancellations made 2 weeks before the party date will receive a $35 refund. (If you paid the full balance) 
2. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks away from the party date, there won't be a refund, but you'll have two options: a. Pick up an at-home paint kit. b. Choose to let the me complete the sign for you.
3. If the entire party needs to cancel, you can work out another date. All designs and door hangers will remain the same.
4. The party must be rebooked within 30 days from the cancellation date. If not rescheduled, at-home paint kits can be picked up, or I can complete the door hangers for you.

SAFETY WAIVER

Upon mutual consideration of both parties, I release Southern Adoorable Decor and owner, from all liability relating to injuries or property damage that may occur during one of the sign parties or after due to hanging error. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Southern Adoorable Decor and owner entirely free from any and all liability, including financial responsibilities for injuries or damages incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

By registering for a workshop and entering yes in the text box, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Adoorable Decor and owner and members from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in Southern Adoorable Decor Paint Parties.

I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INVOLVED WORKING WITH WOOD AND WOOD-RELATED PRODUCTS. NAIL GUNS, NAILS, WOOD, SAND PAPER, SCREWS, WIRE, RIBBON, SCISSORS, OTHER CRAFT SUPPLIES, PAINT (ACRYLIC, CHALK, AND/OR LATEX) AND OIL BASED STAIN MAY BE USED DURING THE PARTIES.
